Great location for exploring downtown. Beautiful spa-like bathroom. Reception staff gave us free cocktail coupons for my birthday celebration. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Helpful valet/doorman.

The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and courteous and personable staff. The location is amazing, 1 mile from Pearl District. Would definitely recommend the venue.

This hotel had a very central position in the centre of town.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and exceeded our expectations with their helpfulness. They even provided us with a water boiler when we asked for hot water for our tea. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and shopping in downtown. The interior design had a nice blend of vintage 1920s charm and modern style. The rooms were clean and attractive, featuring original artwork by local artists. The toiletries provided were of good quality and the extra touches like bathrobes and makeup towels were appreciated. The staff at Rosa Rosa restaurant were also friendly and the food was very good. a great stay and we will definitely come back.

The hotel is conveniently located in a covered parking structure, making it easy for those traveling by car. The bar/bistro area offers local brews in the afternoon and they serve coffee and pastries in the morning. The dining area has a beautiful view and the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms, including rain showers and separate baths. The staff is polite and accommodating, with a nice gentleman at the front desk who apologized for any inconvenience.

The lack of breakfast and snack options .

We were amazed by the quick and tasty room service at Dossier. The valet went above and beyond to assist us when we had an unfortunate accident just a short distance from the hotel entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and delicious food.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything downtown. We loved the design of the hotel, it was beautiful and had a modern feel to it. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with unloading our luggage and getting it to our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of services like room service and dry cleaning. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

Although the service was friendly and accommodating, we found that food and drinks were a bit slow to arrive, and there was a delay with our bill. However, we would still highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends for its fantastic location, great design, and excellent service.

Had a lovely weekend at this hotel! The room was extremely comfortable and clean with a great view. I particularly enjoyed being able to open the windows for fresh air. The location was perfect, very central and close to lots of great restaurants and attractions. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay.

That the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Additionally, the view from the room wasn't very exciting, mostly just seeing the surrounding buildings.
